Class Information:

Tiny Tumble

Students learn basic tumble along with creative movement. One costume and one number in recital

2-5yr Ballet, Tap, Tumble

Basic ballet and tap dance along with creative movement and basic tumbling skills. One costume, two numbers in recital.

Ballet, Tap, Jazz

Tap and Jazz styles of dance. Two costumes and three numbers in recital.

Pointe/Ballet

Advanced ballet with pointe shoes. One costume and one number in recital.

Power Tumble

Gymnastic tumbling along with acrobatic tricks. Level 1 works on teaching cartwheels, roundoffs and back bends. Level 2 works on back walkovers, one hand cartwheels and basic back handspring skills. Level 3 works back handsprings, front walkovers, ariels, roundoff back handsprings and more. Level 4 students must already have their back handsprings with no spot. This class teaches connecting back handsprings, back tucks, lay outs, front and back step outs and more. One costume and one number in recital.

Cheer 'n Tumble

Cheer and basic floor tumbling along with basic cheer stunts and dance. The same cheer uniforms are used in this class each year. One number in recital.

Pom Squad

Show poms are used with high energy jazz/hip hop dance styles. One costume and one number in recital.

Jazz, Lyrical and technique leaps 'n turns

Jazz and Lyrical (mix of ballet, jazz and acrobatic styles) dance along with tricks to get your leaps and turns looking great! Two numbers and two costumes in recital.

Hip Hop/Jazz

Upbeat street style jazz and hip hop dance. One costume and one number in recital.

Clog

Clog shoes are like tap shoes but have a double tap that makes a 'jingle' tap. Clog emphasizes the downbeat of the music by enthusiastic footwork. One costume and one number in recital.

Voice Singing and vocal techinque

One number in recital. (No costume in this class)

Lyrical & Pilates

Our class will focus on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine as well as flexibility with basic ballet and lyrical dance! Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine and strengthen the deep torso muscles, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain.

Starz Team Class

Starz team will compete in Tulsa and then perform that same number in the recital with the same costume. (one costume per team) Starz team will also have the chance to perform around town during the year! Come be part of the award winning team!
